Award-winning
television magazine program Turning Point recently interviewed a number of
industry big names in Lagos, including the likes of veteran comedian Alibaba,
Nollywood actress Somkele Iyamah, Pastor Paul Adefarasin, the former First Lady
of Lagos State Mrs. Abimbola Fashola among others.
Turning
Point International first revealed its plan to visit Nigeria in a news release
published on the 27th of July, 2016 – indicating Lagos and Abuja as
their destinations to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
The
TV magazine program during its visit to Lagos sat with some of the most
renowned industry names to share with them, their life experiences and their
faith.
Speaking
in his interview, ace comedian Alibaba revealed extensively reading the Bible
directly impacted his career and the man he is today. Another widely venerated
personality Pastor Paul Adefarasin of House on the Rock Church described his
outlook on life during his youthful days and his calling to righteousness and
how that calling changed his life forever.
Turning Point International is known for accentuating the
voices of
the African people through thought-provoking interviews, real life
docudramas, insightful features and
inspirational music. The program is hosted by Nigerian-British presenter and award-winning
gospel artist Muyiwa Olarewaju.
